Based on USFans official guides
Look closer before you ship.
QC photos help you review the item that reached the warehouse. Keep them separate from seller photos, and connect every image to the exact order and option.
01
Seller photos and QC answer different questions
A seller gallery shows how an item is presented for sale. Warehouse inspection photos show an item after it arrives. A similar-looking product or historical image is not proof of the condition of your own order.
Product pages in this directory identify the seller gallery separately. When verified QC data is missing, the page says so rather than labeling listing photos as an inspection.
02
A practical inspection sequence
Start with the product, color and size you ordered. Look at the overall shape before zooming into seams, closures, printing and visible damage. For fit, compare useful measurements with a garment you already own.
If an important detail is not visible, ask USFans whether an additional photo or measurement is available and review any charge before requesting it. A photograph cannot establish every material property, internal function or long-term durability.
03
Resolve uncertainty before parcel submission
Keep the order number, selected option and relevant photo together when contacting support. Describe the specific mismatch instead of only saying that the item looks wrong.
USFans provides inspection and after-sales information in its Help Center. Seller return conditions and the item’s current status affect the available next step; do not assume every issue can be resolved after international shipment.
