Your first USFans order, in focus.

Finding an item, purchasing it and shipping a parcel are separate decisions. Use the official workflow and check the details at each handoff.

1. Start from the correct listing

Browse the spreadsheet or use a product keyword. Open a listing to review its available photos and marketplace item ID. The purchase button takes that item to USFans with the appropriate marketplace code.

Use the live USFans page to confirm the selected option, price and seller information. A directory price is a reference, not an order quotation.

2. Register and review the item order

Create your account on the USFans registration page. Account details, payment information and order management stay with USFans; this directory does not collect them.

Select the precise color, size and quantity. Review the item amount and any domestic delivery charge before submitting the order. If a link or option does not load correctly, resolve it before payment.

3. Inspect the warehouse result

After the seller dispatches the item and it reaches the warehouse, review the order’s inspection information and photos. Confirm that the item and option match your order.

For uncertain dimensions or a visible mismatch, use the available support process before submitting the parcel. Keep written notes and relevant photos tied to the order number.

4. Choose the parcel and route

Select the stored items you want to send, confirm your destination details and compare the routes actually available for those goods. Weight, packed dimensions, item restrictions and packaging choices can affect the options.

Review the shipping payment and any selected services in your account. After dispatch, follow the parcel’s tracking information; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
